Residential Services/HPC
At our organization, we prioritize supporting individuals with their daily living needs while also encouraging greater independence. Our residential services and Home and Community-Based Services (HPC) provide individuals with the opportunity to live independently and take charge of their own lives, including advocating for their rights and making their own choices. We offer assistance with meal preparation, personal care, and other medical needs, and work with individuals to help them access their community. Our goal is to empower our clients to live fulfilling lives while receiving the support they need to succeed.
Transportation Services
Non-Medical Transportation (NMT)
Our non-medical transportation services are an important component of our commitment to supporting individuals in accessing the community. Our team of trained drivers work with individuals to get them to their day services, employment services, or places of employment, as well as to any other programs they need to attend in the community. We understand that reliable transportation can be a major barrier for some individuals, which is why we prioritize ensuring safe and convenient transportation for all of our clients. Whether it’s a one-time trip or a regular pick-up schedule, our transportation services are here to support the independence and engagement of our clients in the community.
Medical Transportation
We provide personalised transport to a range of locations in and around the key areas we service. Transportation can of course be for key medical issues like hospital and medical appointments, but we also support around those other important day-to-day activities like shopping, social outings, work and visits to friends and families.

Join us at our Day Habilitation Center located off I-75 and next to OTR in Cincinnati, OH. Here we strive to enhance the lives of seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. We offer a variety of activities and programs that will not only enrich the lives of our guests, but also reach our mission to connect them with the community in a supportive and engaging environment.

Our focus is on creating individualized programs that center on the person's needs, wants, and desires. In order to achieve these goals, we partner with volunteers and community members and treat everyone with respect.Our Community integration center day habilitation services aim to provide support to individuals who are 18 years old or older and may require assistance with daily living skills. Our programs offer person-centered services that focus on helping individuals access their communities, engage in volunteering activities, and gain valuable life skills. With scheduled activities throughout the week and a team of dedicated professionals, we offer a comprehensive approach to care that is both compassionate and effective. By working with us, individuals can achieve greater independence and reach their full potential.
