DSP’s House Manager

Our House Manager will support the DSP’s.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a DSP staff of 3-8 DSPs
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Assist clients with personal care as needed. 20 hours a week of direct care required.
  • Caregiving House Manager will maintain household and client paperwork according to state guidelines.
  • Attend Individual support meetings as needed.
  • Maintain, audit, and document client goals.
  • Administer medications, train and observe staff medication administration.
  • Create and Maintain staff schedules.
  • Caregiving House Manager Requirements
  • Review and approve staff hours prior to payroll.
  • Be able to be on call, call for back up, and/or  be available to work any shift if needed.
  • Review and approve all incidents report.

Requirements:

  • No experience required – paid training provided
  • Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift/push/carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Read/write/understand English for documentation
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability
