Our House Manager will support the DSP’s.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain a DSP staff of 3-8 DSPs
- Assist in training new hires
- Assist clients with personal care as needed. 20 hours a week of direct care required.
- Caregiving House Manager will maintain household and client paperwork according to state guidelines.
- Attend Individual support meetings as needed.
- Maintain, audit, and document client goals.
- Administer medications, train and observe staff medication administration.
- Create and Maintain staff schedules.
- Caregiving House Manager Requirements
- Review and approve staff hours prior to payroll.
- Be able to be on call, call for back up, and/or be available to work any shift if needed.
- Review and approve all incidents report.
Requirements:
- No experience required – paid training provided
- Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift/push/carry at least 50 lbs.
- Read/write/understand English for documentation
- Excellent communication and writing skills

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
