Our direct support staff is dedicated to providing care that goes beyond the basics. We strive to create a familial atmosphere for our clients, ensuring that they feel like they are with a loved one. Our team prioritizes the health and safety of our clients, while also taking a person-centered approach to understanding their unique needs and desires. Our ultimate goal is to help our clients live independently and with dignity.

Trainings

Our company places a strong emphasis on employee training. We provide ongoing training in
various areas such as CPR and first aid, fall prevention, behavior support, documentation, incident reporting, driver pass training, community inclusion training, and many more. Our goal is to ensure that all employees are prepared for any situation, no matter how challenging it may be. All of our training is provided in-house and is intensive to ensure that we have the best employees possible.

Bonded and Insured

Our company is bonded and insured to ensure the protection of our caregivers and clients. It is important to us that our employees are safeguarded from general liability and that our services can continue uninterrupted in the event of an incident. Our insurance provides our clients with the peace of mind that they will always be take care of. We prioritize our client’s needs and ensure that they are protected in any situation.

Leadership

Our company’s directors have an impressive background in the healthcare industry. They all started as caregivers and worked their way up to their current positions. This is beneficial
because they have firsthand experience in providing care and understand the needs of our clients. Additionally, they are actively involved in the day-to-day care of our clients and provide support to our direct support staff. With over 10 years of experience in the field and degrees in healthcare administration, they possess the knowledge and skills to efficiently run and operate our business. We are proud to have such qualified individuals leading our company.
