Grand Opening of Our Newest Day Habilitation Center! 360 Total Care — Giving everyone the chance to live their very best life! The new center will serve as a community bridge where individuals from all ages and backgrounds can reach out to connect, learn, and grow. We hope you will celebrate this and help us push forward, in continuing to empower and uplift people from all different walks of life. Here is to make every day a little lighter — together!
Grand Opening Day Highlights
This free event will feature vendors sharing valuable healthcare and wellness information, plus free food, music, games and prizes! This event is in celebration of Autism Month and Disability Month. The grand opening event features a fun-filled day with joy, entertainment, and community spirit. So, what you can expect:
- Live DJ: Our live DJ will provide the ambiance, whether you dance or simply tap your feet to the music.
- Good Food: You can enjoy a delightful selection of dishes with wonderful flavors. There will be a range of delicious and nutritious recipes to enjoy, from savory snacks to sweet treats, delicious and nutritious food for everyone!
- Health Care Wellness: Engage in our healthcare wellness event for hands-on tips, expert advice, and a fun path to a healthier you!
- Games & Activities: Choose from a list of interactive games and activities that are both fun and educational. Something for everyone, a fun-filled day.
- Line Dancing: Dance the day away at exciting line dancing sessions. No experience is required — show up and have fun!
- Genuine Fun for All: Our event is senior-friendly and DD-friendly, ensuring that anyone can enjoy all of the fun activities.
Bring your loved ones, individuals with disabilities you care for, or just looking to have fun and explore what we and our vendors have to offer, you are welcome!
Transportation Services:
Our grand opening is something for everyone, and we will stick by that. All attendees will have access to free transportation services. Specific pick-up and drop-off locations will be provided after you RSVP
About 360 Total Care
360 Total Care offers a new way to provide home healthcare that’s tailored to each person’s needs. We aim to guide people toward healthier lives, with care plans made just for them and support from a close-knit community. Our new Day Hub was a big step forward toward reaching that mission.

Our training programs also help you learn new skills and grow. Being part of community activities helps you adjust to your surroundings and keeps your mind sharp. In addition, our daily lessons include activities that make each day more interesting and fun. We want to improve the lives of our participants via fun and constructive activities.
Empower
Empowerment is about autonomy and independence. Our approach includes:
- Access to Resources: We ensure clients are connected to community resources and support services. Through this way, they can manage their needs efficiently.
- Become a Confident Communicator: We offer teachings that empower people to speak up for themselves. As a result, they gain the confidence to express their needs and work toward achieving their life goals.
- Goal-Oriented: We help clients move toward their personal aspirations. With our support, they can achieve the results they want.
Our journey is anchored in empowerment. We give individuals the tools to build confidence and discover resources that guide them toward success.
Engage
Engage — Focus on the Social Side and Being All In. Our initiatives include:
- Companionship and Emotional Support: Because social isolation is a leading contributor to elder loneliness, we provide opportunities for clients to interact with others on an ongoing basis.
- Involvement with the Community: We support everyone in joining and feeling a part of their community.
- Inclusion: We design our programs to be as welcoming and inclusive an environment for everyone, part of creating a community where all individuals feel accepted.
It is engagement that creates a bond with people, giving at least some feeling of relatedness and belonging – being among friends.
